Frank & Genae Simelane

Amsterdam Church Leaders

Frank and Genae Simelane currently serve as the Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader(In training)  of the Amsterdam International Christian Church.

Frank led the teens ministry in London before moving to Birmingham in 2018 to lead the church. Frank is passionate about helping many individuals by making  the gospel attractive (Titus 2:1-10) through mentoring, excellence, health and fitness, lives being changed and leading by example using the Bible.

Frank moved from Johannesburg South Africa to London when he was 17 to study a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks (IT) and graduated first class. He also at one stage wanted to pursue a career as a personal trainer as he has a passion for fitness. He saw God’s calling to be in the full time ministry and he gave up his dream to be a full-time missionary. He has also been able to earn a Bachelor degree from the International College of Christian Ministry (ICCM), he aims to get him Masters to be able to establish an ICCM school in Amsterdam.

Genae Simelane, born and raised in Almere, always grew up with the desire to help and change lives as she worked alongside her family in the care sector for seven years. Genae’s compassionate and gentle heart warms so many, before deciding to go into the full time ministry Genae pursued a career as a nurse, as she is currently completing her nursing qualification. Genae desires to help women heal from abuse and traumatic backgrounds, as someone whom God rescued from two suicide attempts she is grateful to help many women realise their true purpose. Not only is she passionated about the Bible but Genae has a passion for art, as she is also a talented singer.

Genae’s favourite Scripture is Matthew 6:33

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
